Aden Country Park in Mintlaw, Aberdeenshire, is a 230 acre country park in the heart of Buchan.
Aden provides a wide range of opportunities for relaxation and recreation for individuals, families, and groups to enjoy. The park offers a range of environments including open green spaces, woodland with magnificent mature trees, a lake (with ducks) and the twisting South Ugie Water. The park is home to a wide range of birds and animals, we are delighted that red squirrels have recently returned.

The park is based on what was the Russell estate (1758 - 1937), the historic buildings date back to the 18th century and tell a story of what life was like at that time, they include the ruined mansion house, gate houses, ice house, laundry, dairy, coach house and even a gas works.
